Pharmacy First - Minor Ailments Scheme

For some minor ailments, it may not be necessary for you to make an appointment to visit your GP. Thanks to the Pharmacy First Scheme, as a patient of a Leicester City based G.P, you have access to confidential, free, expert advice for the following minor ailments and common conditions, via Belgrave Pharmacy.

Our Pharmacist will check the patients symptoms and assess the need for medication. Where necessary the patient maybe directed to their G.P or another healthcare professional.

Please note for the consultation to take place the patient is required to be present at the Pharmacy. This will enable our Pharmacists to make a effective and efficient assessment. Also there will be some ailments that the Pharmacy are unable to give out medication for, and in these instances you will be offered advice, and referral to your G.P if required.
